Established in 2014, we are the best home grown and decorated MMA Academy in the island. Our program has produced MMA, Muay Thai & BJJ Champions in various organizations.
Our training facility consists of spacious mat space, a lounge for students and guests, showers, plenty of parking, security cameras and the biggest MMA Cage in the island at 25 x 25! The same as the UFC Apex Center.
We have near perfected the art of teaching in an environment that's friendly, but fierce. All our classes are taught by certified instructors with real competition experience!
We are more than just a school, we are a team. The bond our students have is un-matched, which is important for learning. In other words, all our higher rank students are encouraged to help the lower ranks, because everyone is treated like part of a team.
Also, a huge advantage we have on other schools is competition experience and UFC level instruction. We’ve been in business since 2014 and are blessed to have a very large student roster. Which means everyone from beginners to advanced ranks have tons of different training partners. This large variety is one of the reasons our students learn so quickly.
In addition, we have group and private classes everyday, so you can train up to 7 days a week. We always say, "You can train as much as your body can handle."
First and foremost, we offer quality instruction and training. Whether you want to be a champion or just get in shape, you can accomplish your goals in an uplifting, friendly environment under the supervision of qualified instructors.
Our curriculum is designed to help students achieve maximum results out of their time and effort.
All classes begin with a warm-up, followed by a technical lesson, drills, situationals and live rolls/spars.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a self defence martial art and combat sport based on grappling (ne-waza) and submission holds. It focuses on the skill of taking an opponent to the ground, controlling one's opponent, gaining a dominant position and using a number of techniques to force them into submission via joint locks or chokeholds.
Kickboxing in the Netherlands started in the 1970s after Dutchmen traveled to Japan to learn Japanese kickboxing, which was a mix of Kyokushin Karate and Muay Thai. Over the years, they further refined the style by incorporating more Western Boxing techniques. What emerged was the Dutch Kickboxing style.
Mixed Martial Arts is a full-contact combat sport based on striking, grappling and ground fighting, incorporating techniques from various combat sports and martial arts from around the world.
We offer this class Friday's at 6:00PM as a Summary of the week. If it's your first day with us, we highly recommend trying other classes on other days first.
A stand-up combat sport, where fighters are not allowed to take the fight to the ground. It is fast-paced and combines both boxing and kicking in one swirling melee of a bout. In Thailand, it is known as the art of eight limbs, referring to the eight points of contact that are used to strike the opponent.

He imparts his plethora of knowledge to his students under a curriculum finely tuned over nearly two (2) decades of experience.
David "Thunder" Cummings competed for 22 years as a Professional Muay Thai Fighter where he amassed a record of 145 wins with 44 losses and 2 draws. Competing in 43 countries and winning World and International Titles with WKA, ISKA, IKBO, USMTA, IMTA, WKC, WKBA and KICK. He will be our Muay Thai Coach, offering classes and privates, Morning and Night, at MMA Gym - Puerto Rico.
